Fashion: The Vegan (Faux) Leather Jacket

I am not a vegan.
That doesn’t stop me from wearing vegan (faux) leather, though.  It is cheaper than real leather and from my experience, has been darn good at holding up – less maintenance, little to no cleaning… it works for my lifestyle.  This jacket is perfect for days that may have a little wind and if layered correctly, could serve as a jacket for way cold weather, too (I’ve done it before so I know it can work).  Check out how I styled one of my favorite vegan leather jackets!

For my outfit, I opted for something laid back; tough and tomboyish.  The hardware and details on both the shoes and the jacket made my vision come to life, along with the rips in the denim and the discoloration of the belt.  I softened the look by adding some chandelier earrings to the mix.  I felt like a baddie and rightfully so… shoooooot… the outfit was CUTE!
