All white in the summer is like wearing all black in the winter. It’s sleek. It’s timeless. It’s fun.
I paired my all white outfit with my new favorite shawl. Originally, I didn’t know what I wanted to wear it with or how I wanted to wear it… and since I haven’t been to the beach this whole summer (bummer, but summer’s not over … yet) I decided to let it roam the streets of downtown Minneapolis. It was perfect for an evening gathering with friends.
“You’re going to burn up in that sweater”, said the boy. He was wrong. It had just the opposite effect … it was open, allowed for the breeze to hit me in all the right places, but shielded me from the hot sun rays bearing their UV claws into my sensitive skin.
