Howdy Family! I honestly don’t know why I felt so Western during this shoot – maybe it was the hat, maybe it was the ankle boots, or maybe it was the plaid shirt … either way, I channeled my inner cowgirl and had a fun time doing so.
I must admit, I own very few plaid shirts in my closet but I have been crushing over this shirt for a long time. Wanna know where it’s from? My husband’s closet! Ha!! I tied it in the front for a more perfect fit as you can see. I ditched the Cowboy hat and replaced it with this flat style fedora. I also sported my now favorite ankle boots from ASOS (though I’ve had them for such a long time) instead of reaching for some Cowboy boots! The perfect Fall lippie for this outtie? A dark one. I used my brown Wet ‘N Wild liner and topped it with Maybelline Expresso Exposed lipstick for a perfect chocolate pout.
